Margarita Guzman

Prior to joining Realty & Mortgage Co., Margarita was the Director of Resident Services at Private Holding Group, LLC. She joined PHG in 2006 as a Leasing Agent, and, through a series of promotions, became Director of Resident Services. After a short time with Realty & Mortgage Co., Margarita was again promoted to her current Area Manager position. She is responsible for the daily operations of a portfolio of condominium properties located throughout Chicago.

Margarita speaks fluent Spanish.
