Realty & Mortgage Co. currently manages over 6,000 residential units in 134 buildings throughout the Chicagoland area. The portfolio ranges from ten unit urban apartment buildings to 260 unit garden style suburban complexes. We have managed essentially every type of residential property there is including vintage high-rises, newly developed lofts, and unique studio spaces. In addition to our large portfolio of market rate apartments, Realty & Mortgage Co. also manages a sizable portfolio of affordable housing units for low and moderate income levels as well as the elderly.
Our retail properties come in a variety of shapes and sizes, and include tenants such as Starbucks, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Potbelly Sandwich Works, MAC Cosmetics, Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, Bank of America, CVS Pharmacy, as well as many other national and local establishments. Our portfolio consists of small strip centers to larger mixed use properties located throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
Office properties within our portfolio have run the gamut from small artist studios to large buildings located in Chicago’s Loop. We even have experience with shared office suites serving local neighborhoods. Tenants have included Stein Roe, the State of Illinois, Mid America Bank, the City of Chicago, SunGard, Prime Financial, as well as many others located in properties ranging from single story suburban properties to urban highrises.
Realty & Mortgage Co. has managed large industrial properties in Chicago’s southern suburbs, single tenant properties near O’Hare, and multi tenant office/industrial properties in the Bucktown and River North neighborhoods, as well as Chicago’s North Shore.
