We will not hold an apartment on your behalf until you have physically viewed the apartment, completed the application, and have paid your administrative fee/earnest money and application fees. Viewings can be scheduled by contacting the appropriate person shown on the property listings page of this site.
Are you going to be co-signing a lease? Fill out the same application form as though you were a prospective tenant.
